  2. HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT AGENDA
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of an Amendment to a Personal Services Contract with the Mental Health & Addiction Association of Oregon to provide Peer Support services to eligible Housing Authority program participants at Hillside Manor. Amendment Value is $120,000 for 1 year. Total Contract Value is $337,318.92 for 3 years. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services Measure. No County General Funds are involved.
    2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Clackamas County for the Payment in Lieu of Taxes distribution method to local tax districts applicable to the Molalla Apartments Limited Partnership. Agreement Value is $425,000 for 17 years. Funding is through Payments in Lieu of Taxes by Molalla Apartments.

      1. Approval of a Social Games License for Estacada Moose Lodge #333. License Value is $25 for 1 year. Funding is through the applicant. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. County Counsel
      1. Approval of a Pre-Litigation Settlement Agreement with Moonlight BPO.  Value of Settlement is $200,000. Funding is through Moonlight BPO. No County General Funds are involved.
    4. Finance
      1. Approval of an Amendment to a Public Improvement Contract with Johnson Controls for replacement of a cooling system at the Clackamas County Development Services Building. Amendment Value is $17,581.71 for 1 month. Total Contract Value is $158,938.48 for 1 year. Funding is through the Capital Improvement Fund, which does include budgeted County General Funds.
    5. Transportation & Development
      1. Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services for updates to the on-call permitting and inspection services arrangement. Amendment Value is $430,000. Total Agreement Value is $480,000 for 5 years. Funding is through permitting revenues. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Consor North America for the Sunnyside Rd & 142nd Pavement Overlay & Americans with Disabilities Act Ramp Project. Contract Value is $2,055,926 for 30 months. Funding is through the County Road Fund.  No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of an Amendment to a Contract with Consor North America for the Knights Bridge Road: Molalla River Bridge Rehab Project. Amendment Value is $496,360 for 1 year. Total Contract Value is $1,028,268.83 for 5 years. Funding is through State Funded Local Project Program Funds and the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
      4. Approval of an Amendment to a Contract with P&C Construction for Concord Community Center tenant improvement renovations and various Concord Park playground design changes. Amendment Value is $1,032,416 for 4 months. Total Agreement Value is $37,776,957.43 for 4 years. Funding is through budgeted System Development Charges. No County General Funds are involved.

      1. Approval of an Amendment to a Personal Services Contract with Clackamas Women’s Services for rapid rehousing services. Amendment Value is $700,000 for 6 months. Total Contract Value is $16,756,849.63 for 3 years. Funding is through a Senate Bill 5511 grant. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of an Amendment to a Personal Services Contract with Sunstone Way for Shelter Operations and Case Management Services at Clackamas Village. Amendment Value is $1,499,586.59 for 1 year. Total Contract Value is $3,069,173.95 for 18 months. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services Measure funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of an Amendment to a Personal Services Contract with Up and Over for homeless outreach and supportive housing case management services. Amendment Value is $812,549.75 for 1 year. Total Contract Value is $2,775,742.49 for 4 years. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services Measure funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      4. Approval of an Amendment to a Personal Services Contract with Just Compassion of East Washington County for supportive housing case management services at Clackamas Apartments. Amendment Value is $371,421.25 for 1 year. Total Contract Value is $742,842.50 for 18 months. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services Measure funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      5. Approval of an Amendment to a Personal Services Contract with the Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization for homeless outreach and supportive housing case management services. Amendment Value is $572,028.48 for 1 year. Total Contract Value is $2,426,565.41 for 4 years. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services Measure funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      6. Approval of an Amendment to a Personal Services Contract with Catholic Charities for housing case managers and other support staff at Good Shepherd Village. Amendment Value is $1,095,165.51 for 1 year. Total Contract Value is $3,253,599.55 for 3 years. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services Measure funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      7. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Multnomah County for child, adolescent and adult psychiatric consultations and clinical guidance services. Agreement Value is $10,000 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Health Plan. No County General Funds are involved.
      8. Approval of a Local Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Native American Youth & Family Center for partnership to reduce substance use and overdose disparities. Agreement Value is $25,000 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
      9. Approval of an Amendment to a Revenue Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation to purchase and install additional detachable ski boxes for the Mt Hood Express. There is no cost associated with this amendment. Agreement Value remains $32,016 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Transportation. No County General Funds are involved.
      10. Approval of Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation to reallocate funding for transportation planning and operations of the Mt Hood Express.       15. Approval of an Amendment to a Personal Services Contract with Native American Youth and Family Center for emergency homeless family shelter services.       16. Approval of an Amendment to the agreement with UpToDate for medical literature renewed subscriptions. Amendment Value is $14,597.02 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $41,483.02 for 3 years. Funding is through Health Center charges for services. No County General Funds are involved.

      18. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Canby to provide library programming, sanctioned camping facility security and homeless outreach services.       19. Approval of an Amendment to a Property Lease Agreement with North Clackamas School District #12 for temporary premises use for Women, Infants & Children nutrition services.       20. Approval of a Grant Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Human Services for funding of services to intellectually and developmentally disabled children and adults.
